The Monoskid is a completely compact and accessible System that allows to install on a single frame both the cold Turbo Extractor, the relative pumping group and the Cold Deaerator.

Extremely simple to install and to use, it preserves all good features of the two machines separately installed, allowing to obtain an high quality product, cold extracted, deaerated and then ready for the possible next heating treatment without having air inside.

Products that can be processed:

fruits or vegetables at room temperature: whole, chopped or destoned (for fruits with stone)
